We get up early, breathe deep, and flow through movements that wake up not just our muscles but our whole spirit. Yeah, you’ll get toned, lose some stress, and feel better, but this is also about uniting the Mind, Body, and Spirit to become something greater than we are divided.

I am noticing more definition in my arms from yoga these days. It is one part of my body I haven't liked for a long time. Yoga with you at 5am is assisting the reset on my body.
