Free 90 minute power Community Yoga sessions! Whether you’re just beginning, intermediate, or advanced in your practice, students will be introduced to a variety of yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. This class integrates creative flow sequences with an emphasis on inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Come share your practice with the rest of the AkhuYoga Community!
